Prices and Payment

• There is a flat fee of AUD$0.10 per word. This includes covering letters, abstracts, main text, figure legends, tables and citations.

• A 10% discount will be offered to first-time clients and students.

• Documents that require extra editing due to language quality may attract an additional fee of up to 30%.

• If very rapid turnaround of documents is required (1-2 days) an extra fee of up to 50% may be charged.

• In some cases, I will ask for a re-working of a particular sentence or passage. This will be re-reviewed at no extra charge.

• If a client makes substantial changes to a completed document or inserts additional content, the normal per word fee will be charged.

• The client will be sent an invoice with the completed document. Payment is by direct  bank-to-bank wire transfer in Australian dollars within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Clients will be responsible for any extra charges incurred during the bank transfer process.
